REC Watches ApS only sells products to individuals who can purchase with a credit card/debit card or a PayPal account. If you are under 16, you may use REC Watches ApS online shop only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. Following card/debit cards are accepted: Dankort, eDankort, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express or a PayPal account.
REC Watches ApS reserves the right to refuse access to the Website, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.

Warranty
REC Watches products come with a 12-24 month guaranteed warranty. For an exact period relating to your product, and the terms and conditions thereof, please see the individual warranty card that came in the giftbox with your watch.
Returns
REC Watches ApS gladly accept return of items bought at recwatches.com/shop. You have to return the merchandise no later than 14 days from the product is received. We do not accept items that have been worn, altered, and/or are incomplete. As soon as we have received the returned items and they have undergone a quality control check we will refund your credit card. We only credit the card that was used to purchase the items, in that way we can limit the use of stolen credit cards. Please keep your postage receipt as a proof that the package was sent. REC Watches ApS will handle and pay for the shipping, Post Danmark in Denmark and FedEx for other.

Our contract
When you place an order to purchase a product from the Website, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order plus shipping information. All orders will be shipped by mail (national) or parcel delivery service (overseas). REC Watches ApS will retain ownership of the products until full payment has been made by you and been received by REC Watches ApS.
REC Watches ApS reserves the right to hold any orders prior to shipping for security review.
Alteration of Service or Amendments to the Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to our Website, policies, and these Terms and Conditions at any time. Your usage of the Website and your orders will be subject to the policies and Terms and Conditions in force at the time that you use the Website or that you order products from us, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you).
