Online payments
REC Watches offers a variety of payment options relating to online purchases. REC Watches ApS never stores or transfers any credit card information. REC Watches uses external payment service providers (PSP) and payment gateways such as PayPal, Clearhaus, ELAVON, Apple Pay and Split-it for e-commerce transactions.
All our chosen payment PSP and gateways handles card information and use technology that allow the identification of the cardholder, and both meet the requirements of the PCI DSS and CAS and utilize PCI-secured payments.
Pre-orders
By placing a pre-order, you agree to be bound by these terms of pre-order. Please make sure you have read and understood all the conditions written here before submitting your pre-order.
Pre-orders are items that are not currently available and/or are currently sold-out. A pre-order is placing an order for such an item prior to its physical availability which requires a down payment from a client interested in procuring the said item/product.
Full down payment is required for pre-order purchases on www.recwatches.com. All pre-orders are fully refundable, and you can cancel your pre-order at any time without specifying any reason for doing so.
The 30-days return & refund policy as stated in our Service & returns terms applies from the delivery of a pre-order item, not from the pre-order date. Product information, prices and representations
REC Watches has the right to adjust prices, add additional costs, change product assortment and related information without notice. The purpose of product images and product specification texts made available by REC Watches is to reflect the products as accurately as possible.
While we try to ensure that all content on this website is accurate, errors may occur. REC Watches cannot guarantee that all product images accurately reflect the true appearance of the products, hence all product images should be considered as illustrations.
The product images may differ depending on the color settings on your browsing device.
Promo or Gift card code must be entered in to the Voucher Code field in the checkout and applied for the discount to be deducted from the order. Unless stated discounts cannot be combined and only one offer can be applied to any order.
Items already reduced in price, displaying a ‘Was’ and ‘Now’ price are also excluded from voucher or coupon offers. Offers can be amended or withdrawn at any time.

We collect basic personal information about our customers when an order is placed. This information is securely stored and is necessary to carry out delivery and to contact you as a customer if a problem should arise, or for important news such as new product launches. We will never disclose any such information to third parties.
We treat personal data according to GDPR. When you make a purchase, you also approve that we store and handle your personal information and details. We will only store information that is strictly necessary for us to complete our agreement with you.

Governing law & jurisdisction
These terms and your use of the www.recwatches.com website are governed by Danish law. To the extent permitted by law, Danish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction of any dispute arising from these terms of use and your use of the website, subject to REC Watches right to prosecute a user at his/her place of residence.
Complaints terms
It is important that you as a customer carefully check your goods / products when you receive your shipment in order to verify that the products are not damaged and correct. If your product is damaged in transport, whether the damage is visible or hidden, you must report this as soon as possible to the carrier. If you receive your item and see that it is damaged or does not match the one you ordered, you will also need contact us within 30 days from receiving the product.
Any official complaints shall be made to our customer service team through email info@recwatches.com. Please supply the order number and the reason for complaint and we will get back to you shortly. The same applies for returns. Defective products returned to REC Watches should be treated as if they were faultless. It is in all types of returns extremely important that the product is packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged during transit. REC Watches has the right to replace defective goods with goods of the same model. If the item has been discontinued, the customer will receive a full refund. In the case that a returned product has no errors or faults, REC Watches will send the product back to the customer.
Liability
REC Watches responsibility for errors in connection to delivery is limited to existing conditions of sale. REC Watches bears no direct or indirect responsibility for example, but not limited to, incompatibility, delivery delays, downtime, data loss, additional work or other economic harm.
Events beyond our reasonable control
REC Watches ApS will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
