Project BRE46
The BRE46 is a DNA Limited Edition timepiece, featuring authentic components sourced from the championship-winning Datsun 240Z BRE No. 46 – the car that dominated the C Production National Championships in 1970 and 1971 under the legendary driver John Morton and team owner Peter Brock.
This car became a motorsport icon for its striking red, white, and blue livery and its unmatched success on the track, cementing the Datsun 240Z’s place in racing history and proving that Japanese engineering could stand shoulder to shoulder with the world’s best.
The BRE46 timepiece is a one-of-a-kind collaboration, combining original car DNA with refined horological craftsmanship. Powered by a Japanese engine (Miyota Cal. 9039), just like the Datsun 240Z, each piece celebrates the early 1970s racing era and the legacy of the Datsun 240Z BRE No. 46.

The BRE Effect
US National Champion
BRE’s 240Z program began as an uphill battle. Morton was outnumbered by faster Triumphs and Porsches, and the lone Datsun had to outperform at least two of them at every race to stay in contention.
A chaotic last-minute shipment of new cranks from Japan transformed the car. Once installed, the engine finally ran cleanly to 8000 rpm – but the higher revs exposed a new oil-pressure problem.

One-of-a-kind Collaboration
The BRE46 timepiece isn’t just inspired by history, it’s built from it. Every glance into the dial is a window back to the golden era of 1970s American racing.
And not just any era, but the moment a single car rewrote the record books. The Datsun 240Z BRE No. 46, whose distinctive yellow exhaust has been reforged into the hour and minute hands of this watch, didn’t just win.
Splitit installment payments at 0% interest: How does it work exactly?
Splitit allows you to split the total payment over a maximum of twelve months using your credit card. This service is free, involves no credit checks or applications, and means you can choose to split your payment into monthly installments.

Splitit authorizes the total order value—but don’t worry, this is not taken in full when you complete the purchase. At the time of shipping, only the first installment will be charged to your credit card. A payment authorization for the outstanding amount of your purchase will be held during for up to 30 days after placing your order.
After each monthly payment, the amount held from your available balance will be reduced to the new remaining balance (the held amount might appear as “pending”). To ensure that the authorization of your credit card is valid for the entire payment period, the authorization will be renewed every 21 days.
Are there any extra fees involved?

The average authorization typically drops off within 5-10 working days. The authorized amount will be charged only in the event that a monthly payment is declined (the authorization hold might appear as “pending” on your credit card bill).
